What types of products do you use?
Organic, fractionated coconut oil is used in massage therapy sessions.
Craniosacral therapy does not require the use of any oils or products.
How long is a typical session?
A typical session ranges between 60-90 minutes. Please allow for some additional time (5-10 minutes) to discuss your needs and goals for each session.
If you booked a 60 minute massage, you will be on the table for 60 minutes. We may chat for a few minutes before & after the massage, meaning that your total time in the appointment may be 70-75 minutes.
If you’re in a rush or need to be promptly on your way, please communicate that and mention the precise time that you need to be out the door.
How frequently should I receive a massage or craniosacral therapy?
It depends on your goals. Often, people choose to start receiving frequent sessions, such as once per week or every other week, as they move into a routine of receiving regular bodywork. After some time, they might space out sessions where they are coming once every two weeks or once per month.
In general, receiving a monthly session is a great frequency for most people.
Can my session be focused in one area?
Absolutely. The idea is that you receive the best relief that you can from your session. Most sessions are tailored to the specific issues, needs, and patterns that a person is experiencing.
Every session is as unique as each individual.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment methods accepted include cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and credit/debit cards. Payment is collected at the end of your appointment.
Are FSA/HSA plans accepted ?
Yes, FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards are accepted as payment. However, please note that coverage varies depending on your specific plan and provider. Liz Haunstein and The Sanctuary of Healing, LLC are not responsible for declined transactions or eligibility issues.
To ensure your appointment is covered, you may choose to prepay for your session with your FSA/HSA card and confirm eligibility. This can be done through an invoice sent to your email through our Square payment processing.

Do you accept insurance?
Insurance plans are not directly accepted. If you have an insurance policy that provides coverage for massage therapy , an invoice can be provided to you for the service you received, and you can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the service cost.
No-shows: 100% of the service cost.
Are gift certificates available?
Gift certificates are available through the ‘gift certificates’ tab on this website.
Physical gift certificates are available for purchase in person.
Can I hire you for special events?
