CHAKRAS
The chakra system is the body’s energetic system. Just like we have a physical body and physical structure, there is also a structure to our energetic bodies. This structure, and the way that it works with the physical body is incredibly complex. While it can not be seen as a physical structure, we are all sensitive to perceiving this body.
The seven main chakras are:
Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, this chakra is associated with survival, security, and basic needs. When balanced, it provides a sense of stability and groundedness.
Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana): Found in the lower abdomen, this chakra is linked to creativity, pleasure, and emotional well-being. A balanced sacral chakra fosters healthy relationships and creativity.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Located in the upper abdomen, this chakra is associated with personal power, self-esteem, and confidence. Balancing this chakra can help improve self-confidence and decision-making abilities.
Heart Chakra (Anahata): Positioned at the center of the chest, this chakra is linked to love, compassion, and connection. A balanced heart chakra promotes empathy and harmonious relationships.
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Found at the throat, this chakra is associated with communication, self-expression, and truth. Balancing this chakra can enhance communication skills and the ability to express oneself clearly.
Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Located between the eyebrows, this chakra is linked to intuition, insight, and imagination. A balanced third eye chakra is believed to enhance intuition and inner wisdom.
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Positioned at the top of the head, this chakra is associated with spirituality, consciousness, and enlightenment. Balancing this chakra is thought to promote a deep connection with the divine and higher states of consciousness.
